Dizziness is almost common to all kinds of people. It is actually a feeling of imbalance and discomfort in the head. While affected by dizziness, we feel as if everything is moving around of us. Now for the women who are passing through menopausal periods, this has a special importance. When it attacks them with other symptoms of menopause, their sufferings know no bound. For this reason they face lack of hydration, not eating properly, tiredness etc. Most of them treat it as a general ailment but they need to think this as a common symptom. Especially nausea, dizziness and tiredness are common syndrome of menopause.

If we think about dizziness outside of menopause, we get that it can be caused by some factors, such as viral infections, low blood sugar etc. During menopause it is caused by anxiety, hot flashes, migraine headaches, panic attacks etc. Actually dizziness makes it harder to get up very quickly and makes you feel as if you are on the receiving end of a serious blow. It makes us helpless in that time. We cannot think about its feelings twice.

There are some explanations for this feeling. Menopause dizziness is caused when natural drops in levels of hormones occurs. Main reason for menopause dizziness is estrogen. Estrogen level s can cause dizzy attack by making some changes in the blood vessels of the nervous system. If Serotonin is lacking, dizziness may occur. Tinnitus is another symptom of menopause. This can contribute dizziness. Women feel constant ringing, chirping, and whooshing of ears due to this symptom. If this symptom combines with other symptom of menopause, women are disoriented.

If anyone is affected by dizziness, it is better to lie or sit down. Then taking some slow deep breath works to prevent hyperventilation.  During this period everyone should drink a lot of water to add water into the body but eating sugar or caffeine is harmful. Thus simple action can solve this problem very easily and no need to fear about this problem. Hormonal changes are the most likely to feel dizziness. So it should be noticed first.

There are some easy ways to prevent dizziness. By maintaining some common rule, anyone can be successful against dizziness.  The easy ways are: taking meals regularly, drinking a lot of water daily, doing physical exercise daily, eating fresh and natural foods etc. There are other jobs too. Everyone should sleep at night for 7 to 8 hours. They should not hurry to do something; rather they start to do something early. Women in menopausal period must follow these easy ways seriously. Thus making a little change in life prevents dizziness.

After all everyone should do these proactive tasks to have great success against dizziness. Dizziness attacks everyone, but women in menopausal period suffer most. So they need to be careful most. It is notable that dizziness is not a factor which creates fear. We must take it easy and defend it. It is easier because without medicine, we can prevent it. So we should try.
