Menopause occurs during the age of a woman reentering into her mid forties or when she enters into her early fifties. There are numerous reasons that some women have to go into induced menopause due to problems with the reproductive system, cancer and a host of other things that can happen. There are some women who go into menopause as early as in their 30’s. Some women have to get a hysterectomy or a TAH & BSO that requires taking out the reproductive system of the woman.

This means that she can no longer bear children. With the removal of the ovaries a woman faces many problems because she has to deal with menopausal symptoms that affect her due to the lack of estrogen levels in her body. With no ovaries to balance her metabolism, she automatically starts gaining weight as the fat particles start floating around and settle in areas such as the abdomen which means she will immediately have a bulging belly to deal with.
Every woman will eventually go into menopause when she reaches the ages of mid forties or fifties. Each woman’s body deals with this differently. While a woman in menopause has to deal with hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia, irritability, dry skin allergies and many more problems, her main problem is the weigh gain and loss of libido. Controlling and sticking to a rigid diet to deal with menopause is the only option.
This means you cannot and should not go for fad diets, diet pills, sugar loaded snacks and any other foods that are loaded with salt. Dietary control is a must. When a woman is in early menopause, she is required to take HRT. While HRT controls the symptoms, it has now been confirmed that taking it can lead to other major fatal illnesses such as breast cancer. There are plenty of herbal remedies to control your weight as well as the symptoms that come on with menopause.
